The bill (Reg. No. 2830) suggests establish that executive bodies of village and township councils, enterprises, institutions and organizations of agro-industrial sphere located in the rural area should “create conditions for involvement of village and township citizens in active physical training and sport, as well as healthy life style by making suggestions in regard to introduction of a post of a physical training instructor as a part of executive committees of village and township councils with a number of resident population equal to 3 thousand citizens”.
It was stressed that adoption of the bill will attract a wide number of rural population to physical training and provide village and township councils with legislative basis for introduction of a physical training instructor, in case there are enough local budget funds.
